This gorgeous top hat is covered in reversible sequins.  One side is rainbow colors and the other is a bright gold.  Make it all one color or do patches.  Top of hat has two rows of gold spikes divided by black double loop braid.  Brim of top hat is a soft black velvet that is trimmed in three rows of gold spikes.  Hat includes a set of gold, spiked kaleidoscope goggles.  Goggles can be worn separately or kept on hat.  Goggles have a black elastic adjustable strap.  Inside of hat has an elastic band for a great fit.  One size fits most adults and teens.
