Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All in-stock orders received Monday - Friday before 2:00pm MST are shipped within 24 hours. Most recipients within the continental United States should expect to receive their order within 2-5 business days. For guaranteed delivery please select the USPS Priority Express or UPS 2nd Day Air shipping method. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays encountered or caused by our carriers. 

Backordered product will be shipped as soon as available, generally within 7 days.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using First Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Free shipping is offered for purchases of $69 or more. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Undelivered Orders

If a customer fails to accept delivery or pick up a product within 60 days of the purchase date, The Life of the Party will consider the property abandoned and has the right to sell, dispose of, or use any such products in any way it chooses.
