We all go a little mad sometimes..... so why not celebrate?  Enjoy the madness when you wear this terrific costume.  This lovely 3 piece costume includes a dress with an attached green velvet jacket with puffy sleeves at the shoulder.  The faux velvet jacket has plaid collar and cuffs.  Collar is trimmed in faux brown leather.  Bodice is green satin with black trim.  Skirt is two levels with an overlay of black and white checked over the aqua green skirt.  Costume zips up the back.  Costume includes a black lace collar with a pink satin bow.  Foam mini-top hat has elastic loops that slide over plastic headband.  Large fits dress size 12-14.
