When is a cape not a regular cape?  When its this goth beauty!  This "cape" falls from you mid back to the floor.  Cape is held in place by a neck collar and harness made from faux leather.  The neck collar buckles in the front and the harness buckles behind the back.  Cape is attached to the harness with a large silver O ring and 6 silver chains.  Cape attaches to two faux leather arm cuffs that are spiked and buckle in place.  Add it to your festival gear for a dark and gothic look.  Wear it with your favorite vampire costume or leather pants.  Capes fits sizes Large/2XL.
