A slim makeup pencil specifically created for outlining your latest face and body painting creations!  This creamy pencil has rich color and glides on easily.  The black "plasticized" casing of each pencil cleanly "peels off" when it is sharpened. Perfect for clowns and mimes, monsters or any other creation you dream up.   Available in a variety of colors.
