Totally Tubular dudette! Slip into the wild fashions of the 1980's with this amazing and colorful costume. Totally reminiscent of the neon 80's, this costume features a long black tank top dress with "I love the 80's" on the front. Dress has green tulle ruffled trim on the sleeves and a green ruffled tulle hem. Costume has stretchy black and white footless tights. Outfit includes a bright blue fabric belt and neon green fabric headband. Fingerless fishnet purple gloves complete the costume. Jewelry and heels not included. One size fits most from size 6-12.
