In the 1940's when all the men were off fighting in World War 2, the women of this great country stepped up and took up many of the war time manufacturing jobs.  And totally rocked it!  Probably the most famous symbol of working women was Rosie the Riveter.  In these trying times, we need a strong female figure to look up to.  This kit includes the iconic red and white headband with a bow.  Headband has a wire with the "We Can Do It" slogan printed in stiff fabric.  Kit also comes with a Westinghouse Electric Service pin and a Rosie iron on name tag.  One size fits most.
