✍️ The Design: The Bear Pride Flag, also known as the International Brotherhood Bear Flag, is a well-known emblem representing the bear subculture within the LGBTQIA+ community. Designed by Craig Byrnes in 1995, the flag incorporates seven colors, including dark brown, orange/rust, golden yellow, tan, white, gray, and black, to symbolize the different hues of bear fur from around the world. While not directly related to human skin or hair color, the colors were chosen to promote inclusivity within the community.
