Hit up the speakeasy and Charleston the night away in this beautiful blue flapper dress.  Dress is a tank top style with black trim arm holes and black sequined neckline.   There is also large sequined fringe triangles at the bottom of the dress.  Dress zips up the back for an easy on and off.  Costume includes a black cigarette holder and sequined black headband with blue flower and feather detail.   Boa and gloves sold separately.
