This is Halloween, Town that is and you are Jack's right hand ghoul.  You help keep the troops ready for Halloween, and even help Jack fulfill his Christmas ambitions ( no matter how misguided...).  But to be Mayor, you need your Hat of office!  And that hat is this beautiful velvet stovepipe top hat.  Hat has a wired brim so you can shape it how you like.  Kit also includes a felt spider bow tie with an elastic neck band.  Includes a badge with safety pin back, rosette and dangling ribbons.  Pair it with a megaphone and black suit jacket to complete the look.   Hat is a whopping 19 inches tall and has a velcro opening in the lining so hat can be stuffed to hold its shape.
