The costume package includes a shirt, pants, and hat. The shirt and pants are SO enormous that I had to use my sewing machine to make a much smaller version for myself (5'4" and 120 lbs) AND I had to make a smaller version for my husband also (5'10" and 180 lbs). The way the neck is created is essentially a slit between the two shoulders for your head to go through. It is SO wide that I had to wear another shirt under the costume to cover my shoulders. I made it smaller for my husband, but it does not take a normal garment approach with a rounded scoop for the front of the neck and straight across for the back of the neck. Both pants needed to be narrowed, shortened, and the waistband taken in. With a bunch of time on my part to alter the costumes purchased, we had a very successful skit of being surgical technician :) Glad we got the fake stethoscope and reflector.
